I WAS STUCK
Until I Learned How to Accept My Bipolar Diagnosis and I Transformed My Life.
Getting to that point wasn’t easy though.

I knew that my silence fueled my shame. And that sucked.
Becoming a published author and openly discussing my journey with bipolar disorder was anything but easy. Even accepting that I had a mental illness did not come without a fight (and a few hospitalizations).
For years, I struggled with the weight of stigma, fear of how people would see me, and my own internalized shame around what it meant to live with an illness that has such negative stigma.
There were so many moments when I thought, “Maybe it’s safer to just stay quiet.” To navigate this fear, I put pen to paper. It wasn’t just about writing; it was about owning my story unapologetically and learning to believe that bipolar disorder did not define me or who I was capable of being.
That's why I created Life's Too Short for Shame:
The Stigma-Free Blueprint for Living with a Mental Health Condition
It’s not just another online course about coping with mental health...
it’s a complete transformation that will empower you to take charge of your story.
Through easy to use strategies, mindset shifts and real-life examples, you’ll learn how to
Stop viewing your diagnosis as a limitation and start seeing it as part of your strength.
Shed the stigma surrounding your mental health and hold your head up high.
Confidently talk about your experiences and advocate for what you need.
